Only 10 Minutes, Relax All Day





Well, do not trigger your emotions bubbling up all over the status on Twitter.

Because the actual day is determined by the time you wake up 10 minutes of quality. Can not believe? Think back, what do you do when you wake up in the morning? Checking email, fuel and social networking sites? No wonder when the day you went wrong.

Starting today, change all of that habit with the quality of our 10 minutes.


The first minute ...

Have a quiet time in bed for 1-2 minutes, then make up your bed again, Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project has said that the routine that begins with the neatness will bring positive effects throughout the day. By making a bed, then one of the unresolved concerns in the morning.

The next minute ...

Listen to music that evokes the spirit of, any song which according to your taste to make a direct smiled brightly. Most of the research, revealed that listening to music can help balance blood pressure, reducing stress and uplifting.

Minutes later ...

Perform stretching. No need to warm up perfectly, but pull your hand up for a few seconds while inhaling the fresh morning air will give different effects. At least this will make you 100% get up and start your readiness to the bathroom and beberes themselves.

Last minute ...

Reflect. Surely you do not want to see your face is a mess with a look of sad is not it? Smile. This is the drug most effectual encouragement today, as well as a spell that will make you happy all day.
