Do not Ignore Symptoms of Depression

Stress apparently could no longer separated from the part of our daily lives.

Starting from work to family, a variety of situations and environmental conditions could easily lead to various pressures.

Experiencing stress is a normal thing. Mild stress can motivate us to become more productive. But be careful, if sustained stress can damage the health of both physical and healthy. So, do not ignore symptoms of mild stress because if not treated can progress to more severe. Indeed, everyone has ways of coping with stress.

Here are some mild symptoms of stress in the form of psychological changes commonly experienced:
1. Angry
2. Depression
3. Anxious
4. Always hungry or loss of appetite
5. Frequent crying
6. Sleeplessness and fatigue
7. Difficult concentration

As for the physical side, visible symptoms include:
1. Chest pain
2. Constipation or diarrhea
3. Muscle cramps or pain
4. Dizziness or fainting
5. Mild neurological disturbances arising as always nail-biting
6. Feeling restless
7. Experiencing sexual problems, such as erectile dysfunction
8. Shortness of breath

If you experience some of the symptoms above, it is possible you are experiencing stress and this must be addressed.

When stressed, your body releases the hormone cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline. The condition is caused by physical symptoms that occur due to stress. After that, you might start sweating and blood pressure and heart rate will go up. This could damage the immune system, making us more susceptible to disease, and cause the body to release fat and sugar into the bloodstream and become involved in weight gain.

Automatic Stress also increases blood pressure. If sustained over the long term, can cause high blood pressure which in turn may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. If you feel the middle of stress, ask for help from a psychologist, counselor stress, relaxation therapist, hypnotherapist, or even an alternative therapist. (MI /****)
