5 Easy Steps to Healthy Heart



May not many people know about their own heart health conditions themselves, whether high risk or low risk, as well as ways of preventing heart disease.

Cardiologist gives some tips on heart health, including:

1. Know your numbers in the size of a probe.
Ask your doctor about numbers that are considered normal for blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride content.

2. Start exercising.
Walking is enough for 20 to 30 minutes several days a week can reduce the risk of premature death by more than 50 percent. Physical activity can lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, reduce stress, improve sleep, improve mood, improve cognition and prevent dementia.

3. Laugh.
Took only about 15 minutes laughing with 30 minutes of aerobic exercise in terms of cardiovascular health. Research has also linked to laugh with reduced pain and anxiety, improve the function of vascular health, and meningkatkaan brain hormone levels that can improve your mood.

4. Give more attention to your waist rather than your weight.

5. Strive enough sleep.
