Coffee and Doughnuts Make Stress Increase



Many people like to munch donuts and drinking coffee. It seems that donut and coffeebecame the mainstay of most people to cope with stress. But, they actually increasedstressful you know.

"We tend to eat sugary and fatty foods to improve the mood quickly, but sugar can actually be a mistake that makes us feel worse," said researcher Helen Bond from the British Dietetic Association.
