3 Habits Make You Fat Added



Do eat a lot will lead to obesity? Not always. It depends on the choice of food menu.Weight loss will not go up even if you eat an apple sekilogram. But, the weight will skyrocket if you replace the apples with potato chips, pastries, sweets and fizzy drinks.

In the book Cause and Effect in Childhood Obesity, which was written by J. Michael Wieting, DO, MEd, causes obesity because eating habits are very bad. Such as eating foods rich in sugar, salt, and calories. Those with the habit would be susceptible to diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, until a heart attack.

Well, here are three habits that can lead you fat:


1. Couch Potato Lifestyle
This habit can be interpreted as a habit to keep eating while watching television. When someone is staring at the television screen and enjoy the show being aired, they often complement these activities by including some snacks even if they do not need it.

By the time you watch, you will not calculate how much food has been entered into your stomach. Most people would eat in the portion of the lot without realizing it while watching television.

In addition, selection of snacks seems to aggravate your condition is mild. Pastries, chips, sodas, pizza and a pile of food was filling but high in calories.

2. Become a Junk Food Junkie
Junk food, then you already know what foods that fall into this category. Fast food become one of the preferred junk food all circles and all ages.
With the appearance of an attractive, seductive texture and flavor that is delicious, the food is easily lull the tongue and became one of the unhealthy foods that make you addicted.

Junk food is food that is coated and contain a combination of 'perfect' fat, sugar, salt and a delicious taste makes you is not hard to chew to enter it again and again even if not hungry.

The more often you eat junk food, then you will have bad nutrition (though you look fat body). With the amount of vitamins and minerals are lacking, you just enter calories in your body.

3. Binge Eating
Binge here does not mean get drunk by drinking alcohol, but the habit of eating like crazy when someone infestation problems or stress. For example, when a pile of work to come repeatedly, you unconsciously put gallons of ice cream to cool your head.

Or ... You find a lover affair with your best friend, then while crying, you do not understand that putting a few bags of potato chips, pastries, muffins and so forth.

Eating habits are not aware of this dangerous, because foods high in fat, sugar and calories into the body already just because of emotions, you do not actually hungry when doing so. If this continues to happen when you experience stress, then how many calories you stack?

To avoid this, you should begin to brake the habit to turn your emotions on food, because the effects of this habit will worsen your condition.

Of the three bad habits, you should notice is the selection of your diet. At the time watching television, you can choose other foods that are low calorie but healthful. So also when you are stressed, choose low-calorie foods that can actually help lower your stress levels.

Likewise with junk food, the more you eat fresh food like vegetables and fruit, then your body will be set again to choose healthy foods. (kpl / RRN)
